ceceshirley asked:If you asked me what is my sexuality I would say to you," I don't know what which label I am, but I really like girls, and feel attracted to guys sometimes too". So my problem here is, ok, I may be bisexual, but how do I know that I am not pansexual... As a pansexual lady, how do you know that you are pan and not bi? and sorry for the question, but I am kinda confussed and desperate. I don't like this feeling of not knowing who and what I am. Anyway... Thank you!
Well I found this quote that might help you, “ Pansexuality (sometimes referred to as omnisexuality) is a sexual orientation characterized by the potential for aesthetic attraction, romantic love and/or sexual desire for people regardless of their gender identity or biological sex. This includes potential attraction to people who do not fit into the gender binary of male/female implied by bisexual attraction. Pansexuality is sometimes described as the capacity to love a person romantically irrespective of gender. Some pansexuals also assert that gender and sex are meaningless to them.” Basically, pansexuals are “gender-blind" and do not even consider gender when seeing someone attractive. For me, I might look at someone and be like, "That person is attractive," and then realize that they are male/female/or another gender afterwards. Does that makes sense?
